Dr Petar Dobrev is a senior lecturer at the Faculty of History of Sofia University ‘St. Kliment Ohridski’ and at the Institute of History of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. His research interests include the social history of the Balkans, the history of the agrarian question, the history of Dobruja and the revolutionary movements in the Balkans.
