Ruse Summer Free Tour returns this summer

The free tour will take place for a third year in a row

For a third year in a row Ruse Summer Free Tour welcomes the guests of Ruse and the region to show them around the landmarks of the town. The professional guides will be waiting for the curious to reveal the atmosphere of the city every Saturday, including public holidays, at 6 pm with a meeting place at the Statue of Liberty. The free tours are held in English, cover the central city parts and span an hour and a half. The first official tour this summer will take place on May 5th 2018.

In March Ruse Summer Free Tour organized an exclusive tour for the guests of the March Music Days International Festival. The organizers have already planned special tours in April and May when students from Geo Milev English Language School in the city will take on the role of tour guides and will present their knowledge about the city landmarks in English and in German. The tours are organized in accordance with the Knowledge and Growth Program and with the support of Ruse Free Spirit City Foundation and Econt Foundation.

Ruse Summer Free Tour is an initiative of the non-governmental organization Kultur Ruse whose participants are committed to the idea of strengthening Ruse’s position as an attractive tourist destination and of popularizing the multicultural atmosphere of the city.
